Mancala is a family of board games played around the world, usually with small stones or seeds and rows of holes or pits in the ground, a board or a specially designed table. The objective of the game is to capture all of your opponent’s pieces.
Mancala games are believed to have originated in Africa and have been played for centuries. There are many different variations of the game, but the basic rules are the same. Two players sit opposite each other and each player has a row of six pits or holes in front of them. Each pit contains a certain number of stones or seeds.
