Fishing is an optional activity in “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess” that allows players to catch various types of fish. Fishing can be done in multiple locations throughout the game, and the type of fish that can be caught varies depending on the location. Players can use the fish they catch to trade for items or sell them for rupees.
To fish, players must first find a fishing spot. Fishing spots are indicated by a ripple in the water and a small, blue fish icon on the mini-map. Players can cast their line by pressing the “A” button and then reeling in the line by pressing the “B” button. If a fish bites the bait, the player must press the “A” button again to set the hook. The player must then reel in the fish by pressing the “B” button while avoiding obstacles.
